Oppressive smoke...
Most days since the fires started we have been shrouded in smoke but Tuesday evening it was really bad..
About 6.00pm. 
These pictures are taken near the lake. The first is toward the main bridge and art gallery. The second is on the Stock Bridge.

It is quite amazing to list the things we have lived through as a result of residing in Benalla. The worst was the flooding as it affected us directly but think of all the storms, fires and even train crashes. A little scary for a small rural town!
